| Abstract (Chinese) |
目的 探讨维生素K1乳膏对晚期结直肠癌患者西妥昔单抗所致痤疮样皮疹的疗效。方法 选取2016年2月至2018年3月该院收治的晚期结直肠癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组, 每组40例。对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组在常规护理基础上每天2次在面部和躯干涂抹维生素K1乳膏. 评估2组患者干预6周后皮疹、心理痛苦、抗肿瘤疗效等。结果 2组患者干预前心理痛苦得分、干预6周后抗 肿瘤疗效、总生存期比较,差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05);研究组患者干预6周后皮疹严重程度、心理痛苦得 分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 维生素K1乳膏可降低晚期结直肠癌患者西妥 昔单抗所致痤疮样皮疹严重程度,减少患者心理痛苦,同时不影响西妥昔单抗的抗肿瘤疗效。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
