脑卒中后认知功能障碍(PSCI)是脑卒中后的主要功能障碍之一, 严重地影响了患者的生活质量 和生存时间。半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)作为一种炎症因子, 贯穿于脑卒中的发生和发展, 参与了PSCI的致病过程。 综述了Gal-3在PSCI中的病理生理机制及其对PSCI的预测作用, 希望为PSCI的预防和治疗提供新思路。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
