| Description |
These studying presents of facts studying morphometric parameters of erythrocytes in diabetic patients, living in different climatic regions. It is established, that patients have diabetes type 2 with chronic decompensated hyperglycemia in the blood of the increase in the amount determined by the Stavropol - microcytes irreversibly and reversibly modified erythrocytes, and patients with type 2 diabetes living in Astrakhan - increase in the average erythrocyte diameter, number and area of the object macrocytes. The morphometric parameters of erythrocytes vary’s depending on the climatic characteristics of the region of residence, both in normal and chronic hyperglycemia, which is a complex adaptive - compensatory reactions of red blood.
