| Description |
The article raises questions about the development of medical institutions of the region from the position ofpaid services. Development ofpaid medical services is due to the fact that the increased welfare of the mass of the population, which is accompanied by a gradual awareness of human life and health as priority values, the same is slowly, but changes the regulatory framework of the state towards the provision of paid medical services. Also growing independence andfinancial and economic literacy of heads ofpublic and private medical institutions, allowing them more effectively to build relationships both with government and with consumers of medical services.
