This article combined the pathogenesis and syndrome types of dysphagia in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) after stroke, and the application of TCM techniques in patients with dysphagia after stroke in recent years. It discussed the methods, effects and potential problems of TCM nursing in alleviating dysphagia after stroke. The promotion and application value of TCM characteristic nursing in post-stroke dysphagia, and proposes the existing problems, aiming to provide reference for exploring the best TCM nursing methods and carrying out related research for patients with stroke dysphagia. (本文综述近年来中医护理技术在脑卒中后吞咽困难患者中的应用现状, 包括脑卒中后吞咽困难的中医病机以及中医护理技术, 并对目前存在的问题进行分析, 旨在为脑卒中后吞咽困难患者探索最佳中医护理方法以及开展相关研究提供参考。)
