The results of surgical treatment of 171 patients with infected pancreonecrosis. It was established that mini-invasive treatment under ultrasound gives the best results when pankreonekroticheskih abscesses and phlegmon containing predominantly liquid pus. In the presence of large seizures should perform cross-omento bursostomu.
