| Beskrivning |
The authors have suggested the concept of forming territories of priority development at different levels (municipal districts, rural settlements). It is proved that such an innovative approach to municipal management requires the use of regional marketing’s instruments. The autors have conducted an analysis of the economy’s clustered organization of the Omsk region.
