Biomorphological, rhythmological and geographical features of the collection of medicinal plants of the Penza Botanical Garden are analyzed. 10 geographic groups, 5 biomorphs and 5 phenoritotypes were identified among 96 species. Rare species of the flora of the Russian Federation and the Penza region with valuable medicinal properties that are part of the collection are mentioned.
