The paper investigates investment opportunities in the region's banking system and the system of measures of differentiation required reserves, depending on the nature of the transactions carried out by banks. The implementation of this system will improve the efficiency of regional investment policy and thus stimulate significant economic growth while respecting national priorities.В статье исследованы инвестиционные возможности банковской системы региона. Предложена система мер по дифференциации нормативов обязательного резервирования в зависимости от характера операций, проводимых банками. Реализация этой системы обеспечит повышение эффективности региональной инвестиционной политики, что стимулирует существенный экономический рост при соблюдении общегосударственных приоритетов.
