The article makes a theoretical excursus by scientific studies on development and introduction of models of sustainable development at enterprises. It explains specific features of functioning of agricultural enterprises and offers methodological grounds of construction of the model of harmonious development of economy with consideration of influences of internal and external factors. It offers the plan of consequent actions on achievement of balanced development of an agricultural enterprise. Taking into account all specific features and factors, the article develops and justifies a model of balanced (harmonious) development of an agricultural enterprise on the basis of a branch approach. It determines the role of the managerial mechanism when developing sub-systems of development of organisational formations. The study serves as a basis for making a conclusion that harmonious development of enterprises is impossible without biologisation and ecologisation of its innovation processes.В статье сделан теоретический экскурс по научным исследованиям по разработке и внедрению моделей устойчивого развития на предприятиях. Освещены специфические свойства функционирования сельскохозяйственных предприятий и предложены методологические основы построения модели гармоничного развития хозяйства с учетом влияний внутренних и внешних факторов. Предложен план последовательных действий для достижения сбалансированного развития сельскохозяйственного предприятия. С учетом всех особенностей и факторов разработана и обоснована модель сбалансированного (гармоничного) развития сельскохозяйственного предприятия на основе отраслевого подхода. Определена роль управленческого механизма при разработке подсистем развития организационных формирований. Итогом исследования является вывод, что гармоничное развитие предприятий невозможно без биологизации и экологизации его инновационных процессов.
