In article processes of mergers and acquisitions in metallurgical branch of world economy are considered. Their dynamics in quantitative and cost indexes, features of participation in them different countries of the world, forecasts of their further development is analyzed.В статье рассматриваются процессы слияний и поглощений в металлургической отрасли мировой экономики. Анализируется их динамика в количественных и стоимостных показателях, особенности участия в них разных стран мира и прогнозы их дальнейшего развития.
