| Description |
This paper summarized the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with Baduanjin exercise and nursing practice in a patient with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. An individualized nursing plan consisting of comprehensive interventions were established based on the general nursing assessment on illness condition of the patient. In addition to medication care, psychological care, diet and daily living guidance, a combination treatment of auricular acupoint pressing and Baduanjin exercise was carried out to relieve the neck pain and negative emotion of the patient, and improve the quality of life. (本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合八段锦疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的护理体会。护理人员根据护理评估, 制定个性化综合护理, 采用耳穴贴压联合八段锦疗法进行治疗, 并配合用药护理、心理护理、饮食护理、生活指导等全面护理措施, 减轻患者颈椎疼痛, 缓解负性情绪, 提高生活质量。)
