| Description |
Principal directions of financial sector analysis are considered in the article. Various approaches for definition of financial sector in national and foreign literature are systematized. Main classifications and groupings for the allocation of institutional units between sectors and subsectors of the economy are presented. Connection between individual sectors and subsectors is estimated.
