| Description |
Objective To observe the effect of Baduanjin exercise on postoperative cardiac rehabilitation of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)for acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods From January to December 2021, 96 ACS patients after PCI were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, and patients in the intervention group implemented the Baduanjin exercise on the basis of routine care. Cardiac function and psychological indicators were collected before discharge and 12 weeks after the intervention. Results Forty-six patients in the observation group and 47 patients in the control group were recruited for the further analysis. After the intervention, distance of 6-min Walking Test (6MWT) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter (LVEDD) and blood N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor (NT-porBNP) were lower than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). The generalized anxiety disorder (GAD-7) scores and the patient's health questionnaire (PHQ-9) scores in both groups decreased compared with those before the intervention, and the GAD-7 scores and PHQ-9 scores in the intervention group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Baduanjin exercise is effective to improve the cardiac function, anxiety and depression of ACS patients after PCI. (目的 观察八段锦运动在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心脏康复中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年1月—12月医院心内科收治的ACS行PCI治疗的患者96例, 随机分为干预组和对照组, 各48例。对照组患者接受常规护理, 干预组患者在常规护理的基础上实施八段锦运动。出院前、干预12周后分别收集两组患者的心功能指标和心理学指标。结果 干预组1例失访, 1例自愿退出研究, 最终纳入46例; 对照组有1例自愿退出研究, 最终纳入47例。干预后, 干预组患者6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)较对照组升高, 左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、血N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-porBNP)较对照组降低, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。两组患者的广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD-7)评分以及患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)评分较干预前均有所下降, 干预组患者的GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分较对照组下降明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 针对ACS行PCI的患者开展八段锦运动, 能有效改善患者心功能以及焦虑、抑郁情绪, 促进患者“双心”健康。)
