Healthy lifestyle in students shapes personal physical culture based on scientific and theoretical studies and implementation of effective pedagogical technologies, and this implies multi-stage phenomena comprising the following: identifying in its essence humanitarian values; linking students’ physical features and abilities, which would provide opportunities for personal and professional growth, self-assertion; conditions for self-development and improvement for specialists in the area of physical education.
