Description |
The market of restaurant service of the Republic of Kazakhstan has a high degree of competition, with the tendency of its constant increase and unification of services. In the article features of management of mutual relations with visitors in restaurant business are considered. The process of managing the relationship with guests in the restaurant business is influenced by the processes taking place at the enterprise in parallel, which determines its cross-functionality. Any management tool, contact, or non-contact, should be based on the involvement of the consumer and the emotional background of the service process.
