Patients with advanced cancer often suffer from different degrees of pain. It is still a challenging task for healthcare professionals to carry out early, standardized, comprehensive and effective analgesia, and the rationality and adherence of standardized medication use in patients with advanced cancer are directly related to the effectiveness of analgesia. This paper summarizes the current situation, influencing factors and intervention strategies of adherence to analgesic drugs in patients with advanced cancer, aiming to improve patients’ adherence of analgesic medication, alleviate pain, improve comfort, and enhance their quality of life. (晚期癌症患者常饱受不同程度疼痛困扰, 对于医护人员来说, 实现早期、规范、全程且有效的镇痛仍是一项具有挑战性的任务。晚期癌症患者规范用药的合理性与依从性与镇痛效果密切相关。本文梳理了癌痛患者镇痛药物服药依从性现状、影响因素及干预策略, 旨在提升癌症患者服用镇痛药物的依从性, 从而缓解疼痛, 提高患者舒适度和生存质量。)
