The article analyses dependence of effectiveness of activity of the telecommunication sphere upon quantitative and qualitative composition of participants under conditions of development of competition in the markets of telecommunication services. It is proved that the increase of volumes of income of operators and providers of telecommunication services does not proportionally depend on their number. There is a tendency of reduction of volumes of income with simultaneous increase of the number of licensed operators and providers that obtained licences for the conduct of economic activity. The structure of market participants faces increase of the share of subjects of economic activity with a simplified system of taxation, which results in reduction of income and, consequently, in reduction of the share of income of the branch in GDP.В статье проанализирована зависимость эффективности деятельности сферы телекоммуникаций от количественного и качественного состава участников в условиях развития конкуренции на рынках телекоммуникационных услуг. Доказано, что увеличение объемов доходов операторов и провайдеров телекоммуникаций не является величиной, пропорционально зависимой от их количества. Наблюдается тенденция падения объемов доходов при одновременном увеличении лицензированных операторов и провайдеров, которые получили разрешение на ведение хозяйственной деятельности. В структуре участников рынка увеличивается доля субъектов хозяйствования с упрощенной системой налогообложения, что приводит к падению доходов и, как следствие, к падению доли доходов отрасли в ВВП.
