The relevance of the problem is due to the need to create a comprehensive solution for the automation of training and testing of employees of enterprises, which are carried out directly within the specific tasks of the organization. The aim of the article is to develop a conceptual and logical model. This allows you to increase the volume and speed of data transmission with the results ofprofessional and psychological tests of both trainees and employees of the company, for example, when moving to another position. Research methods are polled to help collect the requirement for a future information system. Let's consider ready-made software solutions that are currently used in the market. Create data flow charts that allow you to model business processes using the IDEF0 and DFD methods.
