The article substantiates an order of formation of the system of monitoring financial results of a trade company and identifies contents of its basic stages. It spe4cifies informational, methodical, technical and organisational principles of realisation of the system of monitoring of financial results. It determines conditions and order or submission of results of monitoring financial results of a trade company.В статье обоснована последовательность формирования системы мониторинга финансовых результатов торгового предприятия и определено содержательное наполнение основных его этапов. Выделены информационные, методические, технические и организационные принципы реализации системы мониторинга финансовых результатов. Определены условия и порядок предоставления результатов мониторинга финансовых результатов торгового предприятия.
