This paper summarized the hospice care practice of a patient with terminal phase of breast cancer, and discussed the care of pain control, nausea and vomiting, palliation and sedation for terminal cancer patients with cancer-related pain. This paper focused on psychological support and spiritual comfort for terminal cancer patients, so as to provide reference for future studies on hospice care in clinical practice.
