In order to identify the features of semiotics ultrazvukovoyh uncomplicated and complicated postoperative period after electrosurgical endometrial ablation, evaluate the effectiveness of organ-saving treatment for patients with proliferative processes conducted echographic monitoring of the pelvic organs. The optimal timing of ultrasonography: 3rd day to diagnose hematometra, 7th, 12th day of suppurative complications, 45 day evaluation of the effectiveness of ablation.
