Abstract Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous hepatic puncture biliary drainage combined with metal stent implantation in the treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice, focusing on improvements in liver function, bile duct patency time, and reduction of postoperative complications.
