The oil and gas complex plays an important economic role for our country, however, in modern conditions it has a number of unsolved problems that hinder its dynamic development: low raw material processing, high wear and tear of equipment, imperfect tax system. The authors have substantiated that the support of the industry at the state level by improving the legal framework and investment can be the solution to these problems in the existing conditions.
