This paper reviewed the clinical data and nursing management of a patient with epidermolysis bullosa, and investigated the nursing plan for severe drug eruption caused by allopurinol. The allopurinol is a frequent cause of severe drug eruptions such as epidermolysis bullosa. Based on the observation of illness condition, skin care and mucosa nursing, the health education and psychological nursing should be carried out to improve patient outcomes and recovery.
