In legal literature the corruption counteraction subject, however, despite its deep development repeatedly rose, it didn't lose the relevance and today. Corruption got practically into all spheres of activity of the state and society. The author analysed the main measures undertaken by the Russian State for fight against this negative phenomenon and the conclusion is drawn on need of carrying out additional actions for the specified sphere.
