This paper summarized the effect of auricular acupoint pressing combined with Baduanjin exercise and nursing practice in a patient with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. An individualized nursing plan consisting of comprehensive interventions were established based on the general nursing assessment on illness condition of the patient. In addition to medication care, psychological care, diet and daily living guidance, a combination treatment of auricular acupoint pressing and Baduanjin exercise was carried out to relieve the neck pain and negative emotion of the patient, and improve the quality of life.
