The article is devoted to the topical problems of the development of the communicative culture of teachers of the future. In the work of a concept of communicative culture, describes communication, personal qualities as a basic element of the communicative culture. The article presents some results of investigation of the level of development of communicative personal qualities of the young teachers of higher educational institutions.
