This article is devoted to the description and study of the influence of the availability of talented workers on the effectiveness of the organization. In it is revealed the term «talent management» and is formed by a phased system of implementing the principles of «talent management» in the overall concept of the organization. And also proves the necessity of the use of this system to achieve success in the work of the organization.
