Background and objectives This study aimed to investigate the impact of intermediate-risk factors (IRFs) on the prognosis of stage I-II cervical cancer (CC) patients, and evaluate the necessity of adjuvant treatment based on investigation. Methods Medical records of 976 negative high-risk factors’ CC patients were retrospectively reviewed. Clinicopathologic characteristics and adjuctive therapy were analyzed using Kaplan–Meier analysis and log-rank tests to identify significant factors.
