Holter monitoring of the electrocardiogram diagnosed ventricular extrasystole grade V according to Ryan, prolongation of the corrected QT interval from 450 to 487 ms, short episodes of ventricular polymorphic tachycardia. Thus, non-compact left ventricular myocardium was the cause of chronic heart failure and a high risk of sudden cardiac death of a young patient.
