The complex nature of changes dictates the need for the formation and advancing of the intellectual potential, which results in the initial development of assessment tools to ensure intellectual development of entrepreneurship. These circumstances make high demands for business structures, to their ability to achieve results with the use of adapted management practices for the growth of economic indicators. On this basis in the article author provides a critical analysis of the available marks of the intelligent software assessment.
