This paper summarized the nursing management of severe eczema in a patient with fracture of the humeral shaft. Key issues of nursing included comprehensive assessment, Traditional Chinese Medicine technology, routine nursing, modified hydropathic compress. Integrative nursing interventions based on the syndrome differentiation are effective to relieve the pain and improve the comfort degree of patients with severe eczema.
