| Description |
The article studies internal factors of variance of demand and supply of labour force in the domestic labour market, which are justified by its institutional imperfection; it studies influence of transaction costs of the subjects of the labour market on its structural imbalance under conditions of transformational economy; it proves the role of investment component in ensuring balance of transactional costs of formation of demand and supply of labour force and reasons of underfinancing of this sphere.В статье исследованы внутренние факторы несоответствия спроса и предложения рабочей силы на отечественном рынке труды, которые обусловлены его институциональным несовершенством; изучено влияние трансакционных издержек субъектов рынка труда на его структурное неравновесие в условиях трансформационной экономики; доказана роль инвестиционной составляющей в обеспечении баланса трансакционных издержек формирования спроса и предложения рабочей силы и причины недофинансирования этой сферы.
