The paper discloses the essence of crisis management enterprise and sound approaches to the selection strategy of crisis management with consideration of internal and external environment. It is concluded that the development of key strategic guidelines should take into account the time factor, which is characterized by a phase of the life cycle of the company. The basic requirements for the prospective development should be implemented considering of the interests of all stakeholders and the assessment of the external and internal environment.В статье раскрыта сущность антикризисного управления предприятием и обоснованы подходы к выбору стратегии антикризисного управления с учетом факторов внешней и внутренней среды. Сделан вывод, что разработка системы ключевых стратегических ориентиров должен учитывать временной фактор, который характеризуется стадией жизненного цикла предприятия. Необходимо воплощать основополагающие требования к перспективному развитию с учетом интересов всех заинтересованных сторон и оценки состояния внешней и внутренней среды.
