The main role of the principles of social interaction development of socio-economic systems is presented. The article also attempts of the practical performance of these principles by the example of russian socio-economic systems. The article described interrelation of the principles of social interaction development with the twelve principles of efficiency of Harrington Emerson, which determines scientific justification of the given principles.
