Objective To analyze the effect of transitional care on the self-management ability and negative emotion of discharged patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with 131I therapy. Methods A total of 120 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with 131I therapy were selected. Participants were randomly assigned to either the intervention (n=60) or control group (n = 60).
