Modern situation is characterized by fast development of tools that increase effectiveness of logistical systems. These tools are based on combination of flexible cooperation between their elements, broad us of automation and informatization and adaptation of the final product to the specific needs of the customers (technologies of the “Industry 4.0”). It is very difficult to evaluate the military and economic effect produced by the “Industry 4.0” in the field of material supply to the armed forces because factors of this effect have different nature and cannot be compared directly and because these factors are often not measurable (tis is why the evaluation of this effect will be only approximate). Goal of the paper: working out a method of evaluation of military and economic effect produced by using “Industry 4.0” in the field of material supply to military customers. Methods: analysis, synthesis, economic and mathematical modelling. Results: factors of military and economic effect were identified and a method of evaluation of military and economic effect produced by use of tools of the “Industry 4.0” in the filed of material supply to armed forces was proposed.
