The defects found in the methods of the ABSAEA on the designation of the energetic parameters of the engine in the conditions of exploitation are represented and analyzed in the article. On the basis of the given analysis the improvements of the methods and devices of investigations of the engines with the turboblower on the acceleration of the crankshaft at the transient regime are offered.
