The article is devoted to the process of interaction and cross-fertilization between Forms of scientific and religious knowledge at the present stage of development of public consciousness. It is noted that the new trend of contemporary culture is the process of "remifologizacii" scientific sphere. Observable crisis of scientism is associated with radical changes as philosophy and science. The author explores the ambiguous status of science in modern culture, as well as those metamorphoses that occur in the public mind, under the influence of various religious practices and pseudo-scientific mythology. Theoretical ideologues of the Orthodox Church are analysed in the context of secular and religious dynamics began public consciousness. The author analyzes the mixed effects and danger of losing science and philosophy philosophical positions and shows gaps arising from modern public consciousness.
