The article presents the results of theoretical research aimed at determining the best parameters for the viscosity and stiffness of the cab suspension and seat. Theoretical studies of mathematical models of complex dynamic systems "disturbance - machine - operator" has allowed to establish the dependence between the coefficients of stiffness and viscosity of the viscoelastic suspension elements of the cabin and seats and the level of dynamic effects in the workplace of the operator.
