To study the clinical and diagnostic features of inflammatory pathology of the vulva and vagina in the background diseases of urinary tract (pyelonephritis, dysmetabolic nephropathy) of the girls, it was performed the investigation of complaints of clinical signs and characteristics of vaginal microbiocenosis in 86 patients aged 4 to 6 years. The control group consisted of 30 healthy girls of the same age. It is revealed that inflammatory urogenital diseases of the girls, there is a frequent chronic vulvovaginitis, the development of synechiae of the labia minora, frequently reported microbial associations.
